Ottawa’s Project Management Policies
The focus of our services is interior design and renovation for commercial premises which include shopping malls, hotels, offices and other spaces meant for conducting businesses.
As a general rule of thumb, for units that is lesser than 1000sqft, it is advisable for tenants to start discussing the details of the project a month in advance. Confirmation of the project should take place at least 2 weeks in advance before taking over the keys for renovation. This is to facilitate off-site fabrication and reduce construction time on site.
